About Us

The farm currently cultivates 80 ha of land in an organic way; it has had the status of an organic farm since 2004.

The mill has been using a well hidden Francis turbine since the 1980s. In 1998, a water wheel was constructed in its original place, and a single saw from the beginning of the last century was reconstructed. Although it is more of a museum device and a tourist attraction, it is still occasionally used for cutting round timber from the forest belonging to the mill.

Guests staying at the mill have the opportunity to watch the farming or, if they are interested, to participate actively in some agricultural work. In addition to horses, cattle, and Cameroon sheep, the farm keeps small animals such as rabbits, ducks, peacocks, and pigeons.

Although the farm “lives”, it is still an oasis of peace and quiet.
